InteractCRM expands to the EMEA Market

 
 

Company Announcement - April 6th, 2009

 

 

To Current and Potential Partners and Customers,

I am pleased to announce that as of the 6th of April 2009 InteractCRM has opened their EMEA headquarters in the Netherlands.  Though for several years we have been delivering training, implementation services and innovative contact center solutions throughout the EMEA region, we are entering into a new era.  Customers & partners are demanding a closer relationship that includes not only delivery and support but also expertise and assistance in the sales cycles and applications growth planning arena.

InteractCRM’s mission is to provide an unprecedented approach to applications sales and support.   We are filling a GAP that exists in the applications market today and is the source of the struggle of many Vendors and System Integrators. With a team of knowledgeable and experienced applications experts in sales, presales, project management and business consultancy, along with InteractCRM product solutions, we are able to provide end- to-end support and services, and value added solutions to the Avaya Portfolio.  We can assist in sales/pre sales mentorship, design and support, professional services, engineer training, and applications growth planning and consultancy.  Our approach is unique and straightforward.  It allows for flexible applications investment models as well as effective engagement and support strategies for short and long term requirements.

We are pleased to announce that Roberto Cicoria has joined InteractCRM as EMEA Sales Director.  Roberto is focused on strengthening customer and partner relationships and driving the sales strategy and positioning of our services and solutions in the EMEA marketplace. Roberto previously spent 8 years working as a sales director at Avaya and was a key sales leader in driving Applications and Services sales in the EMEA region.  He has had key responsibilities within Avaya including building the applications sales business with Large Strategic Accounts and developing applications growth strategies with Channel Partners.  He is an applications sales expert with a keen focus on selling applications successfully. 

We are also pleased to announce Destini Alta-Baxter has joined us as EMEA Channel Director focusing on the development of business partners including channel enablement and on-boarding, and applications growth planning with key partners.  Destini previously worked for Avaya for 10 years where she had various responsibilities including Regional Strategic Account Sales, Sales and Marketing Programs, and Channel Applications Sales.  Her expertise is focused on channel development, enablement and applications growth planning.
